  • Condition: The painting is housed in a swept, ornate gilt frame, and most likely not the original frame. The canvas has been laid on masonite. The painted surface appears to be stable, no major significant paint loss. Sporadic paint contraction / cracking throughout the painted surface area. Scattered areas of scuffing and discolouration consistent with age, and further scuffing to the edges. Overall in good condition.
